My technical journey began 14 years ago with a simple curiosity: How do systems work, and how can I make them work better? What started as an interest soon turned into a passion that shaped my career and identity in the IT world.

I began my career focusing on endpoint management and system administration. Over the years, I worked with a wide range of enterprise tools, sharpening my skills in BigFix, MECM, JAMF, and PowerShell automation. Each role taught me something new—whether it was solving complex patching challenges, improving infrastructure reliability, or ensuring thousands of devices remained secure and compliant.

As I grew technically, my responsibilities grew too. I moved from executing tasks to designing strategies, from following workflows to creating them, and from supporting systems to leading teams. I learned to manage large-scale patching operations, strengthen IT processes with ITIL practices, and deliver projects efficiently with the discipline of a PMP-certified professional.

Throughout my journey, I realised that technology is not just about tools—it’s about people. I collaborated with diverse teams, mentored colleagues, and communicated with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes. Each challenge I faced made me more resilient, more innovative, and more committed to excellence.
